1. Who is a member of the class

Anyone who received special education services who had their education terminated by a Rhode Island District prior to turning the age of 22 who did not graduate from February 10, 2012 until May 2019. 

2. If I am a member of the class, what might I receive from this action?

While full remedies have not been decided on, there are numerous services you may be entitled to which would encompass most aspects of the provision of special educational services, access to assistive equipment, and potential repayment for privately assumed education cost.

3. Can I qualify for an award from this class if received full transition services and have continued to receive state and federal services since I left school?

The short answer is yes.
